To manage deinflation and create functional digital assets, we introduce BNS Stamps, inspired by BTC stamps, but referred to as NFTs for broader user familiarity

- Each BNS Stamp is a non-reversible, collectible digital item created by permanently exchanging 1 BNS per copy.

- These NFTs cannot be redeemed back into currency - they are permanent.
